Ian Vout, the Founder of Cre8t Personal Training combines 8 different professions to provide a truly holistic and comprehensive approach to helping his clients.

Ian has specialised in injury rehabilitation, weight loss, tone, body sculpting and sports conditioning since 2004.
Ian has helped many people overcome back, neck, shoulder and knee pain; as well as improve their lifestyle and achieve their ideal weight. He has also has helped athletes, both amateur and professional, improve performance, win medals and eliminate recurring injuries.
Ian’s clients include British Olympic hopefuls, athletes, models, dancers, city workers, captains of industry and other clients ranging in age from 16 to 75.Ian’s approach has enabled him to help clients with the most difficult conditions to achieve success where other modalities have previously failed. His experience has shown that the conventional approach to health, disease, exercise and nutrition does not sufficiently satisfy the needs of the general public or the individual. With his passion to help people achieve their goals using a holistic approach, he believes it’s important to educate his clients about ‘the truth’ to achieving health and vitality and a long happy life.
