Lifestyle coaching is based on the statement below:

‘If you have a great body it should be a by product of being a healthy living organism.’ 

This includes: living, eating, playing, resting and training RIGHT! They are all linked together and there really is no cheating although some people try, however these regimes can have serious consequences for your health in the short and long term. At Cre8t Personal Training we aim to give you the best information to get the best results.

But what is the right way!?

This is the question that everybody asks themselves whenever they think of improving their lifestyle. The fact is there is an unbelievable amount of information out there all saying their way is the right way. Where do you start?!

After many years of looking into and studying nutrition and lifestyle, it is clear to see that what works for one person will not work for another and may make a third person sick! This is why you must find what is right for you! 

At Cre8t we take all the guess work out of this perpetual quest to find the truth.  Through the use of advanced questionnaires and assessments, we have found a proven accurate way of assessing each person and finding his or her biological needs. This will lead to increased energy, an increased immunity against disease, freedom from stomach bloating and digestive issues, a great looking body and a whole lot more.
Cre8t Lifestyle Coaching includes improving health from the ground up using the Foundations of Health Principles.

What’s Involved?
* Holistic Lifestyle Coaching includes:
* Detailed pre-screening and assessments (1-2 hours)
* Programme advice and coaching (30 min - 2 hour sessions)
* Periodical re-evaluation

Pre-screening
A Holistic Lifestyle Assessment is carried out which assesses your goals, willingness to change, medical history, hydration levels, dietary habits, stress, toxicity, internal organ, hormonal and emotional factors.

Assessments:
* Assessment of your Metabolic Type® to find out which foods are right for you.
* Possible testing of your endocrine system, autonomic nervous system, pH levels and other potential aetiologies, such as fungal infections and parasites, and belief systems.

Evaluation:
The results of the assessments are analysed and an appropriate exercise and lifestyle plan is devised. The use of other health care professionals and appropriate lab testing are also considered to ensure your success.


Programme Coaching:
You are then ‘coached’ through an exercise and lifestyle programme. The exercise coaching is normally performed in one session. The Holistic Lifestyle Coaching is normally carried out over several sessions to ensure adherence and success. Referrals to other appropriate health professionals and appropriate lab testing will be advised at this stage.


Re-evaluation
Just like you would have your car serviced, it is recommended that you should be re-assessed on a periodical basis to continue to achieve and maintain optimal health.
